Payments for services are due on a monthly basis, and late payments may result in the suspension of services. All charges are non-refundable. Equipment provided by Abi Communications remains our property, and you are responsible for the care and return of this equipment upon termination of services.

While we strive to provide uninterrupted service, we cannot guarantee it. There may be temporary outages due to scheduled maintenance or unforeseen issues.

You may cancel your services at any time with 30 days' notice. Abi Communications reserves the right to terminate services if these terms and conditions are violated. Our liability for any direct damages is limited to the amount paid for the services in the past month, and we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

REFUND POLICY

At Abi Communications, we strive to provide excellent service and customer satisfaction. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your service, our refund policy is outlined as follows:

Refunds are applicable if you cancel your service within the first 30 days of activation, experience continuous service disruptions that we cannot resolve within a reasonable timeframe, or if there are billing errors resulting in overcharges. To request a refund, please contact our Customer Support team via phone or email within 30 days of the issue or service cancellation. You will need to provide your account details and the reason for the refund request. Our team will review your request and respond within five business days.

Once a refund is approved, the amount will be credited to your bank account. Please note that it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank's processing times.
